故事講述ICAC(廉政公署)陸志廉，JFIU(聯(lián)合財(cái)富情報(bào)組)劉保強(qiáng)分別偵查貪污及洗黑錢案，但苦無線索，這時(shí)廉政公署L組(內(nèi)部紀(jì)律調(diào)查組)程德明收到舉報(bào)，指陸志廉收賄1200萬，陸無法辯解實(shí)時(shí)停職。劉發(fā)現(xiàn)陸被誣陷,并跟一直調(diào)查的洗黑錢案有著千絲萬縷關(guān)系，同時(shí)懷疑銀行主任游子新協(xié)助罪惡集團(tuán)洗黑錢；陸冒險(xiǎn)搜集罪證卻遭禁錮，命懸一線.......
